Parking proved to be a hassle, especially with the hotel lot being full for the first two days. The rooms were compact without any extra amenities. The air temperature control failed to meet expectations. Breakfast options lacked variety and quality, with stale pastries and minimal choices. Plus, a disturbing noise level came from rowdy guests, and the absence of a direct line to reception for issues was frustrating.

Appreciated great location of the hotel. Everything was perfect and within 5 minutes' drive of London Heathrow airport. We booked a nice room with bar. The breakfast offered plenty of appetising meals😃

Our room was well-maintained daily, which contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. The noise levels were sometimes disruptive due to the surrounding busy area.

Recommend it for very undemanding tourists

The meals weren't bad at all, dinner included a rare soup and the pasta was solid. We had a room with a balcony but getting there was like a circus act due to the high roller shutter.

I had an amazing 4-night stay in a Double or Twin Room! The breakfast was good, with a variety of fruits and fresh bread. The daily cleaning and towel replacement were nice surprises! The air conditioning could use some improvement.
